The Banyamulenge (Tutsis) people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo "are facing another wave of inhumane emotional and psychological terror and being subjected to genocidal acts of violence.

This photograph documents a protest march held in downtown Portland, Maine, to draw attention to the violence against and killings of the Banyamulenge, an ethnic minority in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
