Description
My family escaped from the epicenter of the pandemic in mid June. We live in southern Connecticut and my husband and both my girls work in NYC. Once they were no longer allowed to work from their New York offices, the four of us and our three dogs decided to get away to our island home in Casco Bay. We thought we’d hang out there for a week or so, until it all blew over. Seven weeks later we decided to head back to CT, where we are still waiting for the pandemic to “blow over” I made this during our time on the island to commemorate such unprecedented times.
